And on the 4th day, the Lord did sayeth unto them: “Let there be pie”. And lo, there came to be pie.  And the pie was good. And the shepherd did sayeth unto the pie makers: “The path of the righteous pie is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.  Blessed is he who shepherds the pie through the valley of custard, for he is truly his brothers keeper and finder of lost pastry.  And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and double cream those who would attempt to poison and destroy my pies.  And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my pastry upon thee.
